One of the UK’s finest pianists, John Horler’s jazz inspirations include Bill Evans, Chick Corea, and Miles Davis. He has played with countless top musicians and is most widely known as pianist for Cleo Laine and John Dankworth.

Tonight will mainly feature music from his new quartet album Not A Cloud In The Sky as well as at least one track from his new solo album.

With John will be Sam Mayne on alto saxophone, who has worked with Stan Tracey; bassist Chris Laurence, with parallel successful careers both in jazz and classical music; and the highly experienced drummer Winston Clifford, driving, forceful, always tasteful.

Guest admission £10.00

All meetings start at 7.45pm - doors open at 6.30pm
